Warm Heart Family Assisted Living

Warm Heart has been caring for my mom since 2004 and the owner really shows care and concern for my mom and all of her patients. The owner is dedicated to her patients and is there with them especially in medical crises. She was with my mom while my mom experienced a stoke relapse and had to be hospitalied and undergo rehabilitation. The Warm Heart owner took care of transitioning my mom back to the home when she had to be discharged. That was a HUGE help for me because I was in Cancun on my honeymoon at the time. One of the distinguishing things I like about Warm Heart is that they are available to assist with all of the many doctors appointments that my mom has. Thank Goodness for Warm Heart in that area because I'm a busy person with a small child to care for. The staff is extremely patient and works deligently with my mom whose demensia has really gotten worse. They like to keep their patients alert and active with parties and celebrations with dancing and things of that nature. This is great. The place is very secure too and that's always a plus. The only area where I think might need improving is support for more structured daily activities. But otherwise, it's a very nice place to have your loved one stay.

I want to thank you once again for the very good care that you gave my mother while she resided at Warm Heart. You always treated her as an individual and respected her.



She reached a stage where it was very difficult for her to communicate; yet you and your staff always seemed to anticipate her needs. She was always well groomed, well dressed and well fed. In addition, her dentist always commented that her teeth and gums were well taken care of. Her podiatrist said the same thing about her feet.



I am aware that staff turnover in group homes is high, and I am particularly impressed by how you have been able to maintain a stable, caring, and competent staff over many years. The atmosphere at Warm Heart is consistently affectionate and client-centered.

The facility is exceptional well run. The residents are taken are properly taken care of, and they are treated with respect. There are some activities for the residents and some day trips. Transportation is provided as needed. The home is always clean. There is ample staff on hand at all times.
