They lost one of my items (valued more than $50) and refused to refund the cost that I paid for their services. Check for yourself on the Better Business Bureau website, they currently hold an unsatisfactory record. If you can't afford to throw your money away, then by all means take heed. Hopefully one less person will be ripped off by this deplorable establishment.



They have no regard for customer service or integrity! They insisted that I must have lost my item between leaving their store and placing it in my vehicle! If they lose your clothing that you have spent your hard-earned money on, they will never take responsibility. According to their non-existing policy, they never lose your clothing because, it's impossible. Forget about the BBB, they have no regard for them either, they refused to resolve the matter. Forget about calling, they selectively answer the phone.



As long as you patronize them, they're sweet as pie, but whatever you do, don't have a service issue.
