I've been going here for about 10years an never one had a problem with her. She happily answered all my questions. The tobacco is a little over priced but I get tubes from her which are super cheap ^_^
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! There is a racist white lady who works there who has a problem with customers asking questions. As an active duty airmen of 6 years this is the worst service I've seen around the world. Disgusting...
