UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!



Rude personnel!



OVERPAID for small bit of commercial work:

1. remove sink and toilet and cap plumbing

2. update new water heater vents and valve to code (we provided)

3. install new sink and toilet (we provided)

4. reinstall an old sink with a new splitter valve on cold water feed and add drain split (for a specialized machine install that Kinsey DID NOT TOUCH).



We disputed the amount already paid $3000+; so they didn't connect one tiny valve so that we wouldn't pass final Building Inspections, then EXTORTED another payment of $470 to complete the work!



Repeated requests to Mr. Kinsey for the exact detail of these charges has been met with abject silence.



Also, the COPPER in your walls is valuable! They removed ~30' of copper pipe from inside our walls to make money off the recycle.



So, on top of being treated RUDELY, we were OVERCHARGED, and valuable resources STOLEN!
