        Never answer phone, lady at the window was playing a video game on her phone for 2 mins before she even noticed us. Then was told we could not fill out a EOC to help our kids in abusive home. This was after 2 clerks and 3 ladies in the office speaking about our issue. Spoke to a lawyer and the staff and office was in the wrong to turn us away and not help.
