Tri-City Sheet Metal

Have used Tri-city over the past five years for both heating and A/C. Ken is always friendly, but more importantly - he knows what he's doing, is honest, never tries to "up sell" and cares about doing a good job at a fair price. Because he is a "one man show" (I think he might have a partner now) sometimes he doesn't return calls right away but he is always responsive.

I have used Tri-City Sheet Metal exclusively since they installed the furnace and a/c in my new home 20 years ago. The service has been excellent! My latest experience was the early morning hours, New Year's Day when my furnace malfunctioned. Within hours, the owner himself responded and corrected the problem, at a very fair price. I have and will continue to recommend this company!

Charged for extra 1.5 hrs of work they didn't perform materials list looks exagerated and couldn't even return my calls when I questioned labor.

I do not rate a company by mistakes they make, but how they handel them because everyone makes them.

Would not recomend to anyone.
