Horrible experience. I would NOT recommend! Female manager was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and don't know how to treat customers. My policy cancelled because she had address incorrect and after numerous calls she ensured it was corrected, still received no bills. She caused policy to cancel. Nevertheless found out their were shade behind her not correcting address.

The female manager didn't take any responsibility or apologize for her negligence, nevertheless told a customer she wished I would take my business elsewhere. I called CIA inc/ Lyndon Southern who informed me they called the policy 2 months ago and not 1 like the female mgr stated.. I'm asking now where is our money that we called and paid her over the phone , I understood 1 month not 2 when we had already paid. Called her back and the lady said she reinstated us. CIS stated they didn't know what kind of business they are running , explained she wrote a brand new policy with a different policy number because they (CIS) can't except a reinstatement after 2 months also advised the other policy was cancelled by them because The mgr wrote 2 different policies with same address. .. Stated they don't allow that..true story , end of story. I don't know what kind of mess this was but We moved on.
