Absolutely loved working with Alex at Queen City Flooring in Gastonia, NC! What a PROFESSIONAL JOB of taking out "the old" and installing "the new"! In one day, my house was BRAND NEW again! I am in love with the "NEW Shag" - the updated version of shag carpet! My dogs love it too..... so super cozy and inviting! I thank Queen City and Alex for a professional job that was completed so quickly and with an EXCEPTIONAL price! We also love our Stone work in the bedroom going out to the back porch - perfect for wiping down "dirty dog paws" - our carpet will never get dirty from dirty paws again! Much thanks and gratitude! These guys did an outstanding job on my carpets and hardwood floors. They took the time an explained everything to me.

They moved all my furniture, tore out the old flooring, vacuumed, installed the new flooring, cleaned up any debri, put my furniture back, and were completely finished 30 minutes early. The price was great and the workmanship is wonderful. I plan to use Queen City Floor Covering in my rental houses this spring
