Air Master Heating & Air LLC

Recently I had heat pump troubles and have a home warranty; the home warranty company decided to replace my condenser since the system was 20 years old. The AC & heating company that installed the new condenser knew it wasn’t working after they did it and said they’d come back to finish it, well I went from December until after the middle of January without the new system working. I called the home warranty company to have someone come check it and it was the same company that did the install, well I wasn’t happy but I waited about 3 days and they never called to come out so I called the home warranty company to say no one called about it. They sent a different AC & heating company out; well this one didn’t do much of anything saying it’s working. Well I don’t think that having air coming out at about 90 degrees for about 2 minutes then settling to about 75 is working when it’s 55 outside. Any way I was tired of it all so I called Air Master right after that other repair company left ready to pay out of my pocket. I’ve used Air Master for many years as have my parents and the folks at Air Masters have always been fast to come out and find the problem. They’ve never tried to over sell us on things we didn’t need, they tell you just what your system needs to get it working properly. I explained what was going on and they came out within the hour. The Air Master service tech found that the unit was over charged and the air handler was not compatible with the newer condenser. Air Master happened to be a contractor of my home warranty company and they put in the paper work to them and got it approved to replace the air handler. Three days later they came out replaced the air handler and got the system working properly. A big thanks to the people at Air Mater Heating and Air Conditioning!
