        They lost a box. Completely disappeared. Never made it on the Atlas truck from their warehouse. Atlas driver didn't seem to care much about it. Contacted AMS and they put a trace which came back that they couldn't locate the box. Had to call for a supervisor to get results even on that. Filed a claim which they offered $30.00 for the lost box.
        Terrible customer service and experience. would never use them or Atlas again.
