Nail Star

BEWARE! This is the worst salon I've been to! They are very rude, especially the black/asian lady. They do horrible, amateur work, and very slow. I went one day for a pedicure, and was told repeatedly the polish I brought from home was ugly. Also, I asked for a design which I ended up not getting because she acted like I asked her to perform brain surgery. They are very lazy...they just want to make a quick buck without the quality effort. I definitely won't waste my money here again.

Terrible and slow service, rude people and sloppy work. Got my manicure at a dirty station with remains from the previous customer. Did not enjoy my expirience here and never going back. The bathrooms are nasty and the drying stations don't even have real UV lights. Just colored lightbulbs. Definitely not worth $59. Do not recommend anyone going here.

This place is HORRIBLE they were rude and ugly to me and my girls. Didn't like the color choice. Said it was my daughters fault that THeY cut her hand Laughed and everything we said. Said we were ridiculous in every way. Didn't believe what my 10 year career was

Our nails are sloppy bumpy and not done correctly. Got mad when I said they needed to clean them up !

Seriously will never go back here again. It was an awful and embarrassing experience. I had to bring my one year old son with me and he was sleepy so he started fussing. I got up when my acrylics were drying to make him a bottle and the Asian Black lady said "You go way too slow.. you meet to hurry." Mind you, we were the only customers so she wasn't in a hurry. Then I saw where she missed a spot painting my nails and I asked her if she could fix it and she told me to just be quiet because the baby was driving her crazy and that's why she messed up. She never even fixed where she messed up. Then she said that it was my sister's fault that he was crying because she wasn't doing anything about it. My sister was trying but messed up her nails in the process. The lady that did my sisters nails did them so quickly and put so many coats of polish on them that they were dented and look horrible.Now we have to go somewhere else just to get our nails fixed and we had to pay full price there. Now I see why there is no cars there ever. I have never been spoken to like that by someone running a business.

I have never had a pedi before until I went here but it was also a horrible experience. The Asian black lady was extremely critical of the color I picked for my nails. She also rushed and talked in native tongue too so I could not understand . Fortunately my husband can understand some of the language and while he was waiting on me overheard them call him "the fat one" and kept saying "it's time for us to go" almost as if they were annoyed that I came in an hr before closing. Also...when I walked away to the sink the rude lady asked my husband how did he deal with me because I didn't know what to do when receiving a pedi or manicure. They all were ride and I will never go back. Thanks for making my first experience a bad one

I also received rude treatment from the same lady there. She even went so far as to bring over her boss to look at my pedi when I complained about how poor it was and they spoke in their native language so that I did not know what was being said. I have never been back and never will.

Received the worst Mani pedi by the rudest lady. I think her name is Anna black/Asian lady. Absolutely not worth $32, she rushed through it and snapped at me for asking her to buff my nails. Will never go back there again. Customer service is terrible. Results were terrible, she didn't even clean under my nails.
