Very dishonest. I spent more than $10,000 some years back, one of the leather seats started peeling off after 2 years. And when I called them they said it's expected to peel and there's nothing they can do. They don't mention any of this when you are purchasing it.

Worts place to buy from with in a week of buying reclyning sofaa 1 was broken not its 6 months and the arm rest is broken they are no halp at all there cuatomee service sucks 0

This is the worst business I have dealt with... I bought a couch and for 2 days they gave me the run around when we went 2 pick it up ... The first time I called to make sure the couch was in stock because I was renting a truck for pick up and when my husband got there, the couch was not there so they told him 2 go the next day for pick up at there warehouse..... keep in mind there was no time frame given 2 him, when we went to the warehouse the employee told us that the couch was not there and that they delivered 1 couch (the same one we purchased) 2 the store in Carson..... by then I was so mad (keep in mind I am 7months pregnant) so we went 2 the store and I was complaining 2 the customer service rep. and he kept on giving me excuses and trying 2 cover himself.... he told me that my husband was told 2 pick up at 10am and after 5pm it would be there at the store..... that is BS he was never told that plus the couch should have been there from the first attempt for pick up ..... Customer Service is terrible I would not recommend this business 2 no one .... it does not matter how good the sale is
