Very professional, and Extremely Nice and helpful staff. AA Ridgewood Kennels takes good care of their Animals. Their shop is a very clean comfortable atmosphere. Brought a puppy and went back the next week and bought another one. Thanks so much for making this experience so wonderful !

I'm not sure what place the other people who have posted reviews were visiting, but it's disappointing because...this place is actually fantastic. I actually purchased my puppy from here just a month ago and she's amazing. Their store was clean, the puppies were energetic and fun and made me tired just watching them! The owners and staff were incredibly helpful with answering my million questions (I was terrified to start out with a puppy) and following all their advice has made it go so smoothly for us!
I'd also like to note, that I researched the begeezus out of them, because I did not want to buy from a puppy mill. Everything I found was great, no shut downs, good inspections...only negative things were what seemed to be spammy internet reviews. I don't accept the opinion of people who just want to hate on other people. So I visited and I fell in love with the puppies, what the owners stand for, and how they run their business. We spoke in detail about my fear of puppy mills, and they were pleasant and understanding, and got a little heated in the sense that they can't stand the bad guys just as much as us consumers. Take it from someone who has actually visited and done business with them....you won't find anywhere better!

Buyer beware, these kennels are nothing but a puppy mill. This operation is listed on several national watch lists. When challenged, Owner becomes very agitated and threatening. YOU NEED TO DO YOUR RESEARCH. Valerie B.

I bought my dog from here 6 years ago. She is still living and healthy. And she is a blessing! Ridgewood has great service, and their employees are very friendly and helpful. I did some research on this place before i bought my baby, and i found out that it is a family business and has been running for 40 years. The man that owns the store, Mike, his dad and uncle started this business. They have a website that has feeding and training tips on it. You usually dont see thattype of dedication at other places. They also give a lifetime warranty (which NO OTHER puppy place does), and that shows that they are very confident in the dogs that they are selling. They make it very obvious that they know what they are doing, just by the way they talk. This place is NOT a puppy mill.
