Coastal 24 HR Emergency Restoration

Carpet selection & price were good, but service & follow-up was just not there.
The installation crew showed up on time, but without the carpet store owner there, things went downhill fast...Instead of removing the trim or telling me to remove the trim, they ripped the woodwork up in pieces. Replacing the trim was a cost that I had not expected One installer used a hatchet to pound the carpet down, thus scrapping or chopping the baseboard. Replacing & refinishing the baseboards was another expense I hadn't expected. The carpet store owner never showed up to check on the job, nor did he even call to see if things were done right, let alone show up to inspect the job. I'll never use him again & when anyone asks about carpet, I tell them where not to go.
