Woke up to a dead PC on Monday. Called Smart Techs, and they picked it up from my house by noon. The next day, I got a call diagnosing the problem, which they promptly fixed. I could have picked it up that day, but preferred to wait until the following day when they were able to redeliver it to my home. The technician, Ever, also attached it to all cables and waited while it booted up properly. The whole thing cost $99. I would definitely recommend this to others for price, convenience, and their professionalism.

I called them because of the great reviews and even wondered if the reviews were fake, but when I called to have my keyboard fixed, a guy named Ever called me back with a quick fix I could do myself. No charge. That's a rare thing these days. They will get all my business from now on.

I took my travel laptop in to The Smart Techs for the repair of a pesky Dell DC power jack. The tech, Ever Lopez, promptly quoted me a flat fee for the work and explained a lower alternative flat fee in the event I didn't want a diagnostic run. I picked it up the next business day, no fuss no muss. It was one of the smoothest IT related transactions I have ever had. I started a solo law practice last year and prior to that I had years of interaction with IT firms over the years. I can't say that in all those years I enjoyed any of my interactions with the tech firm we were using. Most such conversations were replete with situations where you felt like they were insulting your intelligence: "Yes it's plugged in. Yes I turned it off and back on."



So it was a bit of a leap of faith to call The Smart Techs because I found them through a random Google search. I extremely pleased with the professionalism and level-headed approach. There was none of the head-crinkling and sighing you get from other techs who behave like auto mechanics about to break the bad news. Mr. Lopez simply stated what needed to be done and quoted a price. All in all, I will definitely use his company again in the unfortunate event that I experience further computer hardware or software related problems.

Smart Techs do a great job! They have worked on my competers twice each time coming the same day I called and either fixxing the problem right there and then or returning the computer the next day as good as new. Always prompt and reliable, this is a highly recommended company.

The technician was great! Our computer had a virus and the technician (Ever) explained in layman terms what the problem was -- which isn't easy considering our knowledge of computers is pretty basic. He showed up on time (if not early) and was able to clear up the problem. We also had several questions about viruses, websites, etc. which he answered. We received in a short time quite the education. We would highly recommend this company!

Smart Techs is a top-notch trouble service for trouble-shooting and fixing problems with computers. I have a PC running Windows XP Pro and I have built my own computer in the past. I've gotten lazy, I guess, and haven't kept up with the new software so it has been very handy to call Smart Techs for problems with my computer and/or my home network from time to time. They are very knowledgeable and capable, courteous, responsive and prompt. They always have been able to quickly correct the computer problems I've had. They are reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any problems with hardware or software on home computers and networks.
