Beware!!!!!!!!!!! I took a Air Force Pilot jacket to get dry cleaned on 5/7/2011. I have had the same jacket dry cleaned 3 times before for $6.99 every time. This time an employee named Jennifer wanted to charge me $16.99 for the same jacket. I told her that I had the same one dry cleaned for $6.99 before. She insisted that this jacket is bigger and we will charge you more. She looked in my record and said it was a different jacket. After me asking her how come the price is doubled now, she said we had been making a mistake. She asked another employee if she had seen my jacket here before and the employee said no; like she remembers what type or color of my jacket was 5 months ago. They were trying to prove me that I am lying all that time during the conversation even though I was right and I was proving them wrong on their face and questioning their integrity. I refused to pay that much money for dry cleaning when I knew they were trying to cheat me, I brought my jacket home.



On 5/10/2011 I happened to talk to the owner Nina. I asked her the same questions and she was defending her employees saying the same things. I asked for a price list which should be posted for customers information in their shop. She stated that they do not have one. They have no prices posted except their $1.99 shirt cleaning special. I wanted to know why my price was all of a sudden doubled for the same jacket. The owner replied back saying "We can charge whatever price we seem fit without any notifications or price listings to customers anytime we feel like it. If I do not like it I can go somewhere else." This is very unprofessional approach to deal with customers. I think these people are very unethical and dishonest. I was dealt with very rude, egocentric female owner and their staff. I do not recommend this business to anyone. I will take my business somewhere else and tell all my friends to stop giving her their business. Such a cheat owner does not deserve to get my money. They will be reported to BBB as well.

Be warned. Even though I appreciate saving money as much as the next person, after the rude service at D&D Dry Cleaners, I will gladly skip the bad service here and pay a few cents extra up the street. These folks can be extremely unprofessional and will not get any more business from my family. At least my clothes were not damaged in the process.
