Domino's Pizza

I ordered from this establishment for about 3 years during college. I ordered from this particular store, on average, once a week. The store is very close to my house but I always tip at least $5 (on the occasion described below, I tipped $6). Most of the time the food was good but there were occasional mistakes- burnt items, missing items, wrong items. I was slightly annoyed but never called in to complain until they made my order and every single item was burnt and terrible tasting. The toppings I ordered were not present or there was one small piece of a topping and an overabundance of another one. Nothing tasted right or good. I called to complain and the manager was very rude. He essentially told me that it was my fault for ordering the topping that I had because it wasn't a traditional topping for this entree. I explained that I ordered this exact same combination 3 or 4 times in the past and he asked about "how" my food was burnt. He apparently didn't believe me that this was actually the case. I explained it to him and he said "that's how it's supposed to be". When I mentioned my toppings, he said that they weighed them all so that couldn't have happened. Repeatedly, the manager displayed the fact that he can't seem to take any blame for something that was done wrong and instead deflects the responsibility to me- the customer. He offered to replace one of the items I ordered (out of 5) but because of his rudeness I didn't want to associate with this Dominos anymore and declined. I was worried that, given his treatment of me, he would spit in the food or do something else along those lines. I asked him to give me a partial refund and he said he would not then hung up on me. It's very upsetting that after spending so much money at this store that the one time I have a problem they are completely unwilling to believe me or provide a solution but instead they suggest it's my fault. I will definitely not be ordering from Dominos anymore while I'm in Gainesville.
