Boone Welding & Powder Coating

We at Boone Welding were disappointed to see the negative comment posted by Jeremytf regarding work we did for him. At his request, the job was a rush job, as he emailed his drawings to us on a Thursday wanting the item made and delivered to him the next day. He came to the shop Friday and asked if we received his revised email plans, but he didn't call to notify us of such. The revised drawings were accessed,and, after he made several additional verbal changes, the item was made, and delivered that Friday afternoon. He had no complaints as to either price or workmanship, and was verbally pleased with the job done. It is unfortunate that he chose to post his negative comment without showing us the common courtesy of discussing his concerns with us. We pride ourselves in our workmanship, and the value of what we provide. The greater Gainesville area, including the Univ. of Florida, is our business community, and are sorry the Jeremytf was displeased in any way with the work we did for him.
