Starbucks Coffee

Went there 25 times service was awesome went in and was out in less then 5 minutes every time. The Lady's there know what I wont before I even get up to order love this place

Waited 20 minutes in cashier drawer, out of each item we wanted to order. Then after I had to order a plain black coffee, waited another 10 minutes while 3 people were served ahead of me. Then they were out of kids for the medium cups and complained when I asked for a cup that would come with a lid. Keep your employees focused, moving, and on task. You can’t get product to your customers unless they are actually working.

Terrible customer service. Just terrible. Been there a few times trying to give it a chance. They Just don't care if you are there or not.
