Kobe Hibachi & Sushi

I had given them a higher rating when they first opened, but lately they have taken to adding a teriyaki type sauce that they hadn't used in the past. The food was much better without it.

Kobe is awesome! The food is great and is priced well. The waitresses and waiters are respectful and extremely helpful to newcomers. The only downside of this restaurant is the owner, who is always in the front. I've come to Kobe many times and sometimes come twice a week. I have seen the owner yell at the waitresses in front of me and other costumers multiple times. This is not only demeaning and disrespectful, it doesn't look good as a boss.

The food is sexy.

Amazing service and food, the sushi is great and so is the hibachi chicken. I would go here any time and with the prices it is completely reasonable. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is always served fresh and quickly. I have never had a bad experience there.

We have been to Kobes several times. It is a friendly place and the service is quite good. However, we come back for the food. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The tempura is light and very tasty and the other items we have tried have been quite enjoyable.

We were looking for a decent place in the area, and decided to try it because of the great reviews. The staff was very attentive, the food was excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Will make this restaurant one of our usual spots. The beef was very tender, and the portions are big. You won't leave hungry! The sushi is very good too.

My Fiance and I absolutely LOVE eatting at Kobe Hibachi & Sushi! The food is excellent, especially if you like to eat sushi. We usually go there at least 2-3 times a month. I would highly recommend dining at Kobe if you have not already done so.

Totally agree with all the previous reviews. It's a great place for great food and at a great price. Wait staff, owners, everyone truly gives 110% and it shows. We will definitely make Kobe Hibachi a favorite eating place. :)

Great place in Holly Springs! Tried Kobe for the first time tonight and was very pleasantly surprised! Nice, casual atmosphere; friendly and prompt service; clean; reasonable prices. Food was great as well. We both got Hibachi-style entrees. The steak was cooked better here than any other Japanese hibachi place in the Raleigh-Durham area...very tender. We will be going back soon! Great alternative to the fast food and pizza places in Holly Springs.

Thank God!!!! Finally a place with great food and service. And you don't have to drive to Cary or Raleigh for it. Lover their sushi bar.

We waited with anticipation for the Grand Opening of Kobe and finally went there last night 2/16. We were surprised at the decent wine list and the large selection of entrees. My filet and scallop combination dish was fantastic. Our waiter was very pleasant and really knew the menu. Service was excellent. This is the type of restaurant that is dearly needed in our little but growing Holly Springs. I believe that upscale restaurants in HS will prosper and there is a definite niche for this restaurant and many more, we hope! Kobe, keep up the great work, we'll be back!

Excellent service, friendly waitresses, full explanation of everything on the menu, remote location (if you live in holly springs) this is what you've been waiting for if you love sushi. Excellent sushi at a good price, the Hibachi is also fantastic. I highly suggest it, went two nights in a row, in fact! GREAT!
