Bit A Bliss Cleaning

I have been using Bit of Bliss for nearly two years after a friend recommended them to me. I schedule a deep cleaning as often as I can and have several friends that have regular service instead. They are honest, trust worthy and so hard working- a combination I do not always fin these days. So I recommend BoB to everyone I know at any chance I get because I feel completely confident that I get what I pay for and they work so hard. I love coming home to my sparkling house and I know you will too!

I hired Bit A Bliss to clean my house for my youngest daughter's high school graduation party. I bought a Groupon and my expectations were low. That daughter is now a senior in college, I'm still using Bliss and my expectations have soared.



In the three plus years I've been using them, I have had maybe five of their team members clean my home - that illustrates how well they are able to retain good talent. Not only do they do everything on their check list proficiently they are willing to do extras and sometimes at no additional cost. For instance, in my home I have two huge glass doors and when I asked Scarlette to clean those along with my other services, she said they would add that for no additional cost. That's no guarantee that you'll get the same deal! I take good care of their staff (tips) and I'm flexible with my scheduling. All this to say, I've been able to build and sustain a great relationship with Bliss - they know the importance of happy customers.



Scarlette and Jennifer are always so accommodating and professional. The few times that I've had a concern, they have addressed it immediately. I trust their team explicitly and am very rarely home when they come. One time, I got a call from Jen that their team member had accidentally broken a glass and by the time I got home, the glass had been replaced.



Recently, I forgot to put out a set of sheets and was amazed when I got home, that my favorite Bliss associate had folded the laundry in my dryer, transferred my sheets from the washer to the dryer, dried the sheets, and then placed them on the bed. Come on! That is an amazing service and it wildly exceeded all of my expectations.



If you don't have someone cleaning your house regularly and you can afford to do that, you should definitely hire it done. I can't recommend Bliss highly enough to really do them justice. They are simply the best. Every other week, it's like coming home to a hotel - everything professionally clean.

I hired Bit A Bliss to clean my sister's home as a gift on 1/5/13. I got several quotes from companies (some big franchises and some small businesses) before picking Bit A Bliss. Rates were stellar and they were quick to respond via email. I worked with Scarlette mainly, and she was very sweet. My sister was extremely pleased with their work. Two girls came to her home and spent 2 hours on the kitchen/master bath alone. Very thorough! Will be hiring them again next time I'm in need of a maid service.

I love Bit A Bliss Cleaning Service! I love that it is a professional business and family owned. They train their house cleaners on the best ways to clean your surfaces, which the owner researches with manuafactors to obtain the best info. They ask the client for feedback on a regular basis on how the cleanings are going. The house cleaners are background checked, bonded and insured. They are always at my home on time and when expected. They send reminders for my regular cleanings. I am very happy that my house is always cleaned when expected and how I expect it to be done. One less thing I have to worry about! Worth every $$.

Bit A Bliss provides stellar cleaning services! The girls are dependable, thorough and careful with every detail in the house. I am endlessly amazed at how they make everything sparkle and work with such passion.

My first experience was amazing. My husband told me how nice the house looked (not knowing I had a cleaning service over to handle it for me) My child's room was spotless. There are two main reasons that I really like Bit of Bliss. One, they use all organic cleaning products and they supply them. Second, there is a checklist that the housekeeper must use on every visit. They do the same quality job every time they come. I have never had to call the owner and ask for something to be cleaned to my satisfation. It has always been done right the first time. I have had a wonderful experience and have recommended this service to three of my friends. Call them---you'll be so glad you did.

Cleaning was sub-par and that was the best part. Cleaning lady sucked up my ipod ear phones when vacuuming with my vacuum. She never told my husband about it even though he was at the house. He found the earphones later that day and contacted owner. She did replace the earphones after giving us the excuse the cleaning lady was new and scared to say anything about breaking our property. The following week, when we were cleaning our house we noticed a horrible smell coming from our vacuum and that it wasnt sucking anything up. We contacted owner and explained that our vacuum was also broken from her "new" cleaning lady. The owner told us that we should have reported it within 48 hours and since it had been a week she wont do anything about our broken vacuum. Why would i need to go through my house within 48 hours to see what all they broke and didnt bother to report? Why would I pay them to clean my house and then need to re-vacuum within 48 hours to see that my vacuum was broken? BEWARE
