I have used this laundry for about six months and would have given them a good review until today.



When I showed them the fabric pulls and broken button on my husband's expensive shirt they denied any responsibility. It wasn't them! It must have come in that way! yada, yada. Then I produced the laundry tag and they looked it up on their computer. Sure enough, there it was. However, it was laundered in December and my husband didn't try to wear it until March. So, the argument changed. Now they say they have a 30 day guarantee. After that they are not responsible. No matter that I bring shirts in on a regular basis. This particular shirt just happened to hang in the closet too long before wearing.



So, beware! Just because they are the most expensive laundry around doesn't mean they are the best. I won't go back.

This place deserves negative stars. I went in to drop off a pair of my husband's Levi 501 jeans. I specifically told the person who took in the pants to dry clean them only or else they would shrink. I went to pick them up today and when I got home I had my husband try on the pants to ensure that they did not shrink. He could not even get them on. I took them back to the cleaners to show the man that they shrunk and he got out a measuring tape and measured the waist and length. Each were at least 2 inches smaller than what they were supposed to be. Then when I told him that I needed to be reimbursed for the pant cost he started yelling at me, telling me that the pant's label said that they could be washed, but I specifically told him not to which was the point because I knew what was going to happen. My dad has been in dry cleaning for 50 years and he told me before I took them into the cleaners to ensure that I told them not to let them touch water because this specific jean would shrink and that he makes people sign releases at his shop when they bring in those jeans and want them to be washed in water. I did my research before going into the store about the jeans and asked them not to wash them but to dry clean them, yet my requests were completely disregarded and the owner yelled in my face. I am 7 months pregnant and this man is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. The employee who took the pants in even confirmed that I said to dry clean the jeans ONLY. Completely disrespectful people and horrible service.
