        Make sure you get a written estimate before you hire this guy. He demanded $260.00 for less than 20 minutes worth of work replacing a thermostat (with all parts under warranty). I had other quotes for less than $150 (on a Saturday) and unfortunately was dumb enough to assume his price would be the same (he sounds friendly on the phone). My fault of course for not getting a written estimate prior to starting the work, make sure you don't make the same mistake.

        Pipe broke on a Saturday Night. 5 min later I had the water off and called 24hour Key plumbing. Bobby Key answered the phone, happened to be close by. He diagnosed the problem, knocked it out in less than 10 minutes. The whole thing took lees than 45 minutes. A+++++++++ Thanks
