Tack Metal Roofing

This business must be under new management compared to when we purchased roofing from there in the past. There are husband wife owners now that I do not remember from before. The woman took our order, she was very spastic, like she was on way too much caffeine, not paying attention to what we explained to her which was a simple t shaped roof with two valleys. She argued about what we needed and talked down to us like we had no clue, despite having re-roofed before. After taking forever to figure our order She did not invoice properly. We should have stopped the order then and went someplace else because after I left I had the sinking feeling that the order was going to get screwed up because she seemed to have rushed her math and calculations.

To add to our issues, they told us we could have our order for the following week. My husband took off work to complete the project and when we went to get the roofing, the order was only partly done. The male owner guaranteed they would have the rest of the items ready the next day first thing so we could get started. Come the afternoon they still were not ready. They said they would have it ready in a couple of hours and call us. Wife and husband were arguing in the background when I was asking for details. I am still not sure that we will receive all pieces of our order before the weekend to complete this. After dealing with these unprofessional people I will never order from them again. I need more to cover a deck that we are completing and I will be looking elsewhere to have them match. I don't care if I have to pay more, I will not give these people my time or money every again. They were unprofessional and rude.
