Called and received a quote over the phone for a simple crane pick in Fresno. $137.50 per hour, 3 hour minimum. That totals $412.50. I received the CC invoice from Roth Crane and it is for $528.00. I called and was very rudely told by Danielle and Blake (the owner) that because it is a prevailing rate project they change an additional $35 per hour. This additional cost was never discussed when I received the quote even though I told them it was a prevailing rate project. In addition they threw on a $48 fuel surcharge, this was never discussed either when I received my quote. Beware, back door charges galore!!. I will never use this company again even if it costs me more money. Dishonest and deceptive.
