Zero star for their horrible costumer service! We had a problem with our pump since summer, this guy said you need a new motor so he changed it, just to find out the problem still there! Absolutely nothing changed and this guy charged us plus 1200 dollars! And now we are going to have a green pool again in this time of year. They are super unresponsive and they do not give a damn for customers. He is not even comming back to maintain his horrible repair job (that never worked) saying our electrician is sick or whatever. I highly recommend you to avoid doing business with this company if you want your money in your pocket and a clean swimming pool. I waited the whole summer for them to fix my problem and i really didn't want to leave this review but they gave me no other option. We are going to find another company.

I can't believe the arrogance from this company. They want money for repairs they never did! Not to mention wanting 400$ for new filters that I had just replace. And after 3 weeks of waiting for service we received a bill for service again. Horrible company. I even rate Waterson lower then my meth head drugged out pool man. He keep my pool cleaner!

The job was a repair, not a new pool.

They are a very disorganized company. The work started before summer and holes were left around the side of my pool for months before additional work was completed. I'd call the owner, he'd give me a spiel about I how I was next...then two more weeks would go by, I'd have to call again. The summer passed, winter came...and finally they came back...only to leave the job unfinshed again, and to my dismay, sent me a bill for work that was stil not done!!!
