Interestingly enough, I got a similar reception that ray_smith got. Not interested. Not helpful. Not someone I would want to do business with.

I called to ask about getting a quote for a chair to be recovered for my office and was told he was not interested in my business. He said that he was too over whelmed with work to even come and give me a quote. This was even after I told him we were in no hurry.
