Landscaping
The Standby Power System Upgrade portion of work consisted of site work, concrete foundations & footings to allow for relocation and reconfiguration of an (E) standby 2,000kW generator into a permanent application. Work included relocation of the existing fuel tank and transformer, as well as underground piping, ductbanks, installation of a sound wall, and landscaping.
Retaining Walls
This project, located along the Sutter Bypass Canal, involved the rehabilitation of (3) Pumping Plants, along with associated modifications at the Sutter Maintenance Yard. Work included installation of retaining walls, concrete slabs, CMU walls, equipment foundation pads, grounding grids, installation of standby generators, transfer switches, prefabricated control buildings, SCADA and communications equipment, and 480V switchgear. Work also included installation of temporary generators and switchboards to operate the pumping plants while the electrical infrastructure work was being replaced.

Electrical Work
The electrical work involved relocation of (E) ductbanks, new site utilities, 480V Switchgear, 480V MCC’s, (4) 125HP Clean Power VFD’s, (4) 400HP High Service Pump Clean Power VFD’s, Fire Alarm, Security Systems, (2) Duplex Sump Pump Stations, Lighting Systems, Lightning Protection, Instrumentation, Controls, Modifications to existing well sites and vaults, and new Fiber Optic cabling connecting the (E) remote sites with the (N) Demineralization Plant.
