A terrible experience has at least two sides of story, here is mine:
I wanted to sell my car, and I read good reviews about this place. I went to the store. The person in the store inspected the car, having testing drive, and communicated with the owner of the place.

He offered a number, I asked for two hundred bucks more, he said I can wait for an hour and the owner would come to the store and checked the car, or he suggested me to come again a day before my flight. We had a verbal agreement.

I did, and when I arrived, no one was in the store in their business hours. I called. This time the owner offered 300 dollar less than the previous number, and if I agreed, the owner would come to the store in 30 minutes.

Yep, in my point of view, the owner wanted to take the advantage that my flight is in the very next day. I drove away.

We had a fixed Budget for Monthly on a car payment. Harman took care of us, We got the payment we were OK with plus they had lender insurance that was lower cost then getting one from Insurance Provider. He was straightforward, and very helpful. We will recommend Dealership to everyone we know looking for a Vehicle Thank you Harman for all your help

I was very pleased with how my car buying experience went with this company. On my end some things didn't fall through how they were supposed to, but the salesman did everything he could to make sure my loan went through. Now I have my car and it runs good, just like expected.

Great customer service! Privately owned lots can easily get a bad reputation, but I have to say I was very impressed. I have very poor credit, with medical bills & a repo! Plus I'm self employed, so I knew it wouldn't be a piece of cake for me to get a car financed. However, Herman was very easy to work with. I got a great deal, on a very nice SUV with a free 3 month warranty. I actually live in Monterey, and they went out of their way to deliver the car for me since they weren't able to take my trade in.



I would highly recommend giving them a shot!

I purchased my BMW just a few weeks ago the process and service was smooth. My sales rep was very reliable and was able to help with all of questions and problems. Even with the minor problem I had he was able to arrange something and fix it. Very very reliable great experience!!

Just bought a Chevy Work van here. Had no issues with the vehicle, and they were very straightforward about the price and any fees that would be included.
