absolutely terrible. These guys didn't contact me AT ALL. I had to call them for everything. including an estimate. which i received after i already paid for and received the car. When they dropped to car off to me, they didn't even have an invoice with them. no bill. no invoice. no receipt. no nothing. not to mention that i pointed out a couple things right off the bat that weren't done. one of which was a bolt that had no nut on it and was just sitting in the hole. a nut that i had to supply to them from my own garage. since that day it was dropped off i have sent multiple emails and called and NO ONE has contacted me back. the list of things i have found wrong keeps getting longer day by day. examples: i got charged to 3 items that were not received one of which was a license plate frame. I have found multiple stripped and bent fasteners some of which are for parts like the frame. another problem is that they couldn't even look at the car to make sure the aligned the front bumper right. anyone with half a brain can look at my truck and see that the thing isn't even straight. But what's honestly the most amazing thing, speaking of looking at the front of the car, is that the headlights are visually completely different. they're the same shape, i'll give them that. but then again any toddler can fit a triangle block into a triangle hole. but you think they woulda been able to tell that one headlight is roughly 1/3 yellow plastic for the turn signal and not completely clear. So why would they put a completely clear headlight with no turn signal on the other side. And they still wont return my calls. These guys cant even play a simple game of matching. id have to get payed at least twice the value of my car (total would be about $35,000) for me to take my car there again. I recommend them to NO ONE. anyone that reads this and still takes their car there deserves to be beaten half to death with a "common sense bat".

I had excellent service by this company! They made my car look better than it did before my accident. I would recommend them to anyone!

The young guy (who came off as the owner possibly)seemed drunk and reeked of booze ( in the am)and was a complete jerk. There are so many other shops out there.....why pay someone money to have them treat you like crap and work on your car drunk?

It's been 2 weeks now and my car is still not ready!!! The first eta was 4-5 days. We did not receive a phone call to say it wouldn't be done. They did not answer their phone...it went to what sounded like a fax. We had to go to the shop and the person gave us some lame excuse he was by himself last week and he was sorry...blah blah blah. I guess that makes it okay to keep my car for another week and not let us know by a simple phone call. He assured us it would be done today...monday. Today is Veterans day. Their phone is still going to the fax and we haven't received a phone call since talking to them last Wednesday. It sounds like these guys use any excuse to take time off. Now I want a discount!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS unless you want one excuse after another and no communication.
