        I have worked for some very large companies i.e.Thulman Eastern (Hon Industries) and Davenport.(Masco). I have also worked for some small gas fireplace companies. I know that good customer service is the most important thing about operating a business.. I take the extra steps to insure the highest quality of workmanship and strive for your complete satisfaction. I want your repeat business year after year. Our service fee is $159.         We service most brands of gas fireplaces. I carry many parts. I don't mark up parts. They are done on a reimbursment basis. I have several Suppliers if a special part order is needed. I can also recommend new products which you could purchase directly thru my suppliers thus no mark up.
