Windover Villas Single Family Homes

As a Marine wife we've been stationed in quite a few places and Windover Villas ranks very high on our list. From day one they made me and my family feel right at home! My kids love their events and always talk about how funny the maintenance staff is. We were well aware that the homes weren't built last year and were pleasantly surprised when we took a tour of the property at how well kept all of the homes are. Obviously I can't speak for the miserable, silver spoon fed army wife but for those of us that have seen quite a few management properties/duty stations Windover Villas is really a wonderful place to make a home.

Hate it!!! The house they should me be4 we rented was getting completely updated and they said that as the old renters move out they were updating them all. The day we moved in the carpet was new but the flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms was so bad and coming up( they had to come in a replace it when I showed them how bad it was). They also had to replace my counter tops but instead put some coating on them and they went any better) I had to full pages on things they needed to fix. I gave then over three months to fix these things calling to remind them 1-2 a month. Nothing got fixed until I call our managers boss and complained to him. The head maintenance man is very rude and threatening.( I had asked a question to him and he yelled at me in front of my child's and woke up my oldest who was sick) call the office to complain/ report this also reported this to there whole company and nothing happened. He still works here and I never even got a sorry.the homes are nice as long as they maintain them but they don't. The people that run this place are rude, lazy, unprofessional. Very happy to be moving into my own house and don't have to deal with any kind of management company again!

Windover VIllas is a great place to live! The community is such a unique neighborhood. Its like living in an apartment but with the benefits of having your own home. The grounds are kept beautifully clean and the office and maintenance staff genuinly cares about the people living here. I've lived here for the past 3 years and the community, neighbors and staff keeps getting better and better. Super happy to live here and will continue to refer people I know.
