Dr. Ansari is my primary physician who has always provided prompt and excellent care. When I gave up on a prescription for a life long cholesterol problem provided by another doctor due to side effects, Dr. Ansari came up with an alternative that works wonders. He has run tests and diagnosed issues missed in my former doctor's checkups. He is a very friendly caring person who always provides excellent care and service.

Save yourself a trip to the ER, this place is great, the staff is efficient, and won't keep you there for 6+ hrs. They ran only the necessary test on me, and I save plenty of money on medical expenses.

It always takes hours no matter the reason for the visit. The staff is very unfriendly and clearly hate their job.

I found the billing practices to very unorganized and received bills that had not been sent to correct insurance companies or any company. We had to correct this over and over. It made me very unsure of overall practice quality. It also appeared that same services were billed very different prices for office visits within just a month. Visits became very expensive by the time you finished. Office staff was rude and not helpful. I would not go to this practice ever again. We did not feel we received quality care on any level.

I've never been to any locations that didn't have at least a 2 hour wait, but they claim its only a few minutes when you sign in

Went for wellness which was free but they charged for regular office visit and other charges. Had to pay $289. Very disappointed with Dr. Ansari. I know him from the community and that is why i went to him. I wish I hadn't

dr ansari is very rude and short with his patients. He essentially laughs people off that are in pain. I was told at his office I had break according to their xray but I was also told to follow up with their office myself because they do not have a good system in following up with patients. I went to my doctor the next day that sent me for xrays at medical imaging that confirmed a break. For fun I followed up with this office and when the doctor "finally got around to reviewing it" their was no longer a visible break - wouldn't trust him to diagnose a runny nose

did not like this staff or doctor. had a long waiting time.

Dr. Nather Ansari, M.D. was a attending Physican at a nursing home that my Mother was a Resident. Then Dr. Ansari got a federal grant and he open two clinics. My Mother wanted him to continue to be her physican, so we did. My mother was having a medical problem with a medication and the Registrered Nurse, Marge, Call two times on a Wenesday during opening hours and never received a return phone call for three days. So On the third day I drove my Mother to the Garrisonville Office and we were there for two hours , when the staff told us that we had to go to the Fredericksburg Office, so we did and there Dr. Ansari examined my Mother and before we left, I asked Dr. Ansari for a letter of explaination as to why he did not return the Nurse's Phone call on Wenesday ? And mail the letter to this Lawyer, I handed him a business card. To this day The Lawyer has not received the letter. We have two years to file a malpratice suite.
