Liars and cheaters! What we thought would be A+ installation of new windows turned into a $7000 nightmare as soon as the installation crew showed up. Started with poor craftsmanship from the installation crew to blame being placed from Hansons on the window Manufacturer and the Manufacturer blaming Hansons. After the 1st installation, we waited over 2 months while they "tried" to figure out what they were going to do. We had windows that didn't close all the way, huge gaps between the frame and window, windows that were not caulked. During the hottest part of the summer, our air conditioner ran 24/7 because of how bad the windows leaked. It ran so much it burned out our Fan on the AC. We were promised the windows would be fixed and we would be compensated for the inconvenience. After taking multiple days off to meet with the manufacturer , then Hansons, then the manufacturer and again Hansons we finally got another install date 2 months after the original one on Aug 16th. The new crew came out and had to replace EVERY window in the house again. I had to take another 2 days off of work so they could finish the installation. Again Hansons said we would be compensated but we got the run around with no return calls, no return emails. But we did receive our first bill for 100% of the quoted price with no compensation or discount for all our trouble during the last 2 months. We even spoke with Marvin Glazer who just blew off the situation and claimed he would credit a $100 and some dollars for our trouble. PLEASE stay clear of Hansons and its empty promises and poor quality work!

Just wanted to take a quick mo...

Just wanted to take a quick moment to share my first experience with Hansons Windows and to also mention the generous promotional discount price they offered me on my recent window purchase.



I was very pleased with my sales person (Leo Szlamkowicz). He was prompt, knowledgeable about the product, friendly and very personable to work with.



Not once did he pressure me into signing an agreement or even hint of me signing. I value that. I hate being pushed into a corner.



All the questions I asked, (and I had several) he had an acceptable

answer. I never felt rushed or like he needed to cut our appointment short because he had somewhere else to be. I felt like a valued customer, and I hadn't even purchased anything yet!



I look forward to having my new windows installed. Just wanted to share a positive comment!

I have loved everything so far...

I have loved everything so far from Hansons Windows. It is awesome.



We had Jason from the Kalamazoo office out about 2 weeks ago, and he did such a wonderful job that we bought the best windows that you make, and a whole houseful of them too.



Your phone center is wonderful, and they all deserve big "atta girls and atta boys".



Heck, I have loved the experience so much, and know that you are ONE in a million people that own and run a decent, honest, and reputable company. I would be in a commercial for you, and I even would help you with future referrals.
