Hope Nails

My experiences have been poor due to inconsistent prices. I can look past the cramped studio but I cannot look past inconsistencies. Their artistry is great, you can tell by the photos, but I feel like I'm getting ripped off. There's no set pricing list for designs or anything so bring more than you think you'll spend because they will definitely take advantage.

poor communication when i had a gift certificate and said i wanted whatever the certificate was worth. then when i was done they wanted me to pay them money because they did more for me than they should have. i clearly said that i only wanted what the gift cert was worth. then when i went to leave the owner came up to me and said i could not leave until the problem was resolved. then they had a little discussion between themselves in their language while i was standing right there. i wound up leaving very upset. they were totally rude
