        Franklin ky city water, let me tell you what, I'm on Ssd and my water was cut off the day before I got payed and the office is closed on Thur Dec 31the day of new yrs and the day of and yet I can't get my water turned back on for what reason? The on call guy said he can't do anything till Monday Jan 4. I got 3 kids dishes and baths with laundry. Wtf
