From the forest to the finished fence, Walpole Woodworkers is a fence designer, manufacturer and installer. The company has been in business since 1933 and is located throughout the eastern United States. Walpole Woodworkers has nearly 15 stores located in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Virginia. The company s primary product is fencing, made from Northern White Cedar. Walpole Woodworkers has two mills in Maine that cut lumber specifically for fences. The lumber is manufactured without any chemicals or wood preservatives at the company s manufacturing facility in Walpole, Mass. Walpole has developed an exclusive pre-staining process for a variety of colors and uses Benjamin Moore acrylic stains in many standard colors. The company provides installation services and offers design services on a consultant basis. Besides fencing, Walpole Woodworkers also manufactures outdoor furniture, flagpoles, signposts, birdhouses, lantern posts and mailbox posts.
