        After getting an estimate for ...

        After getting an estimate for about 1K, they told my husband that we HAD to take care of 2 more trees without giving him an estimate at all, in writing or verbally, which he foolishly okayed. We were shocked when this more than doubled our bill. This was totally unacceptable business practice! We will never use them again!
