Doctor Jon Karl has been a God send to me. I have been his patient for 2 or 3 yrs now. He suggested an epidural as an option to treat the neuropathy in my extrematies rather than fusion surgery on my lower spine and neck. This painless procedure has taken my pain level from an 8/9 to a 4. I'm ecstatic! Dr. Karl is very compassionate. He gives as much time as his patient needs for questions or concerns. He uses terms that his patient can understand. He and his staff are very friendly and down to earth yet professional. You may have to wait a bit if some of his patients have a lot of questions/concerns but it's worth it to me. ONE has 4 offices in Fort Wayne for patient convenience. I have seen Dr. Karl at all of them. I've been treated very well at each facility. Thanks Dr. Karl and ONE for all you do for me!

I was recently at the ONE on Dupont Road with my adult son's visit for a ruptured disc. The PA was extremely rude the entire visit. She (Laura) seemed disgusted by his being over weight than helping him with his pain. They said they weren't able to access his MRI readings online and treated him like he was faking his injury. When she had him raise his foot so she could put pressure on it to see if he could hold it up, he wouldn't be able to hold it up so she would rudely repeat NO I said hold it UP, like he was a 2 year old child. He told her he had numbness in his left thigh and she told him it was probable because of his large belly. The MRI was never reviewed and her final words were "you are not a candidate for surgery, my recommendation is for you to seek pain management and bariatric surgery". I have never met a Physicians assistant as rude as this one was. I will NEVER recommend anyone go to this facility.

Dr Wright has treated me for frozen shoulders, knee replacement and pain management for many years. I trust him completely. He's professional, experienced, calming and informative. He never makes you feel rushed or insignificant and has always found a satisfactory solution to my problems. He is a super, expert medical professional I have recommended to my friends and family.

Doctor John C. Pritchard is a truly exceptional and wonderful doctor. He has bwewn a God send to me. Thanks to him I can walk with no pain and raise and move my shoulders and arms again. Thank you Dr. Pritchard.
