$1,550 spent and I still have the same issue. They act professional when it suits them and will dump parts and not even ask you about it if unlucky.



Did not fix the issue, threatened me with overnight fees if I did not pay $100 extra for service on changing my battery with $135 battery plus hazardous material fees plus "shop supplies" fees when I did not even request that service as they told me that the battery was good on paper! Let's just say it was cheaper to change a battery at a Mercedes dealer than at Baier's Auto Time in Fort Walton and I spent $1000 on mainly "service" like an oil change and replacing 2 worn parts. Not a very pleasant experience.

I recently took my car to Baier’s Auto Time to get both the brakes and the tires replaced. With the number of miles accumulated, I knew I was coming due. Chris verified that my tires not only needed to be replaced, but also that one was downright unsafe. They gave me a quote for exactly what I needed and nothing more: a fair price. The work was done quickly, Brad and Chris took care of me, and my car once again has great traction, quiet ride, and silent/effective braking. I’ll definitely return to Baier’s for future service knowing that they are a shop that I can trust.

Baier's Auto Time quoted me $1,369.42 to replace my radiator and addition work that was unneeded for the services I requested. Fortunately I took my car to another mechanic who repaired the problem for $30.00. Get a second opinion!



bad business practices, get a second opinion!

I brought my 04 Acura TL to Baiers on a visit to ft walton from gulfport and

they were great. The bearing was bad and I was scared to drive it back so I

found them through google. After I dropped my car off they called me to let

me know there was something else needing to be fixed and they would do it

free of labor charge since they already had to jack my car up. All of this

was completed in 3 hours, on time, and there weren't a bunch of cars in

front of me. When I came to get my car they had also fixed my wipers, check

engine light, checked my oil, and diagnosed a wobble in my wheel. The staff

was very friendly, helpful, every repair they did was covered under a

warranty, and I am so sad that they are here and not in Gulfport because my

go to car repair place isn't half as awesome as Baiers. I would give them 5

out of 5 stars.
