They did a wonderful job on our pool enclosure. It looks brand new now. They Re screened and replaced all the screws at a good price. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Its a wonder they're still in business with the customer service they provide. I went by the business in person to see the guy face to face and make an initial appointment for an estimate to repair my 1 screen panel on my back patio. He was saying some BS about how I had to replace the entire section which would include 3 panels and cost more. Called the day of appointment after he no-showed, finally got an answer after about 7+ tries, said the guy was in Sandestin, she would call and find out when he would be by my place and then call me back. I never heard back from her, I called again several times and left messages but still have never heard back.
Another business replaced the one panel and did a great job so what BJ's was telling me about replacing the whole section which included 3 panels was BS and he was planning on charging me more money for something I didn't need. Avoid BJ's unless you like having your time wasted and being lied to. They should rename their business BS.

I work for a property management company and we were needing some sliding glass door screens repaired or replaced. We called them at which point they said they would call back to schedule the job. We never received a return phone call and on top of that, we called multiple times and left multiple messages with no answer or return call. Not a good way to do business.
