Wayne quoted price without looking at what was to be fixed and his guys worked for about 4 hours but didn't do what I expected them to do, however stii tried to charge maximum of estimate. Sent his supervisor (David) around to discuss it with me and this guy is totally unprofessional to the point I got angry. Tried to talk to the workers while they were here, but they could not understand English. I was actually upset with David because he came across threatening, and I had to walk away from the situatuion before it got bad. My wife actually asked David the first day to make sure he was here the next day to speak with me, he never showed, and the workers who did could not speak English, so I wasted two hours of my day. This isn't the first time this has happened to us, I feel a lot of businesses take advantage of military members knowing they are not normally in one area too long. Oh well, I learned my lesson on this one. Oh yeah and I have the email from Wayne apologizing for David's unprofessional conducted to which he admitted.

If you would like to meet with me to ask any questions or go over any of this just let me know. I am sorry, I was not available during the installation. I could have answered any questions before we started. Again, I am sorry about David un-professionalism Friday.

AWT did a fantastic job on my remodel. They installed vinyl siding, windows, and did some work on my roof. The workers were polite and efficient. I would definitely use them again.
