Bad service ever! This is the only ONE company in Fort Smith who sale cheap stuff and not even guarantee that item works or not even though it's new in box.

I bought a HDMI to DVI adapter from here, it didn't work as they said. Came back 2 days later to ask if they can exchange or request a refund but they didn't let me return it for any reason. I told them I could give them the laptop to test, but they refused to test and didn't want to refund me. I left "the trash" at the shop, and will not come back!
