        Terrible

        After spending 10 minutes looking at a common vintage stove on wonderment, the technician told me he would call about simple burner repair in a day or so. I never received a call, but I DID receive a $72 bill. After calling the business back, I was told that parts are not available for it. They are, I have found them. On this crazy new thing called the internet. I had offered to order them myself when the tech was in my kitchen.

        I was charged $72 to be told that this company was unwilling to exert the effort necessary to help me.

        Clearly, I will not be paying them for no services rendered. They must be very busy, indeed.
