I needed some window panes replaced. Called them, they promptly reviewed the job, gave me a quote which I accepted, and scheduled a time to start work. When the day came to do the job, he didn't show. He didn't answer my texts, didn't answer his phone or respond to my voice mail messages. Just disappeared.
