Alejandro was professional and provided excellent maintenance on my heating unit today! I couldn’t have asked for better service!!!

I always have excellent experience with this company they have always made it to my house within 2 hours and have fixed everything the same day. And when they have to order parts they come out the same day the part comes in and get the job done Highly recommended

My heat pump system had an issue that required a new motor being installed, but the motor had to be ordered from an out of town location. To keep our home comfortable from the extreme heat wave in the interim; Jim and Steve brought a motor to my house and worked tirelessly to hook it up and get it to function as a standard air conditioning system with my heat pump unit. (If that had not worked, Jim said he would install a window unit to help cool the house as much as possible). The new motor arrived late yesterday afternoon and was installed late this afternoon. Our home is wonderfully cooled now and my unit, which I purchased from Atchley Air about a year and a half ago, it back in action. I feel that the Atchley Air team went above and beyond the normal in their serve. They always have! Everyone of their staff has always been kind and extremely helpful to me and I would highly recommend them. I also appreciate Brandon, who was on call both times when I called Atchley Air in the wee hours of the morning to report a malfunction of our unit.

I am a new customer to Atchley but do for im am very happy with them. Our old AC went out and it didn't take them long to get the new one in. There a little pricey but it's worth it I promise

I've been an Atchley Air customer for years. They have always provided me with excellent service. Recently, I called them with a technical question about a thermostat that I was installing. It was a question that couldn't be answered without seeing my system. They promptly sent someone out at no charge to look at my system and answer my question. Everyone at Atchley went above and beyond to help me out. That's the kind of company they are.

The worst experience ever, I called to request a service technician, the technician showed up the next day as agreed, but the worst part is that the technician checked all my unit, everything and after that he offered me their 3 or 4 options to service the unit... he knew exactly what the problem was, and we made our decision and we took option 3... close to $800.00 dollars for that, and then a little before he ended he said “we have another proble.... I do not know if this is gonna fix the proble” .... really? Really? ... he was the. “Expert” and he knew exactly what was going on, he just wanted to charge me money for that... and then more money to buy more things from them... at the end he said... “you might need a new unit”... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... he should have told me that from the beginning... I ended up buying a new unit from another company of course ... but this new technician told me from the beginning... you can see immediately that there were basic parts rusted... and is leaking... I called Atcheley back several times... and the receptionist just keep telling me they are gonna call me back... after 2 weeks no body has called me back

Our serviceman, Alex Girdner was very helpful explained the problem, then gave us options on how best to repair the problem. Great people skills, very professional, I will recommend him and Atchley Air to my friends & family !

Mike P. arrived, on time, at our house to provide a quotation on a new central heat/air system. He was very personable and spent over two hours inspecting our system as well as the duct work under the house and in the attic. He then provided a detailed description of our current system, a very itemized outline of the work that would be done, and a quotation for several different options. He was familiar with rebate options offered by the local utility companies and covered those also. We were very pleased by the overall image that he projected.

A further note about our interaction with Atchley Heating and Air. After making the appointment we received text reminders about the appointment and a picture ID of the service person with arrival confirmation. Thank you!

Been doing business with Atchley Air for several years. I have always gotten excellent results on a timely manner with reasonable rates. There technicians have always been very courteous and did the job correctly they were called to do without ever having to be called back. I receive friendly reminders of the scheduled appointment and notified of the technicians name and short resume with picture when technician is in route.

Been a long time customer with Atchley and haven’t had one problem that wasn’t taken care of immediately. Had my annual heat and air service with Atchley’s Scott B. as technician. They scheduled their service around my schedule. Got a text when they were on their way. Great service, great work and kept me informed of what he was doing. Would recommend Atchley to all of my friends.

Very professional came out the same day the entire repair cost me less than $200 and I was given five options of how to fix my problem very very satisfied
