C W Auto Detail

Took my Car to them to do a professional Cleaning on the inside, rats had got in it, smelled like dead rats too. They promised me they would do a really great job on it. Claimed they took the seats & console out, cleaned & shampooed thoroughly, which they did not do, they vacummed the rat crap up was all. Still stinked when I went there to pick it up nearly a wk later, couldn't stomach to even drive it home. They charged me $225 for the job, a TOTAL RIPOFF!!! I had to clean & shampoo it myself, took over a doz. times, going over & over & over it, let dry then re-do it over & over. The dirty water was BLACK the 1st doz times, then started turning brown after that, the hard surfaces,dash,everything was black also, they never did any cleaning @all, esp the trunk too. Called them to tell them what an awful cleaning job done, told him I wanted a refund of the money I pd them, he cussed me & talked awful to me & hung up on me. I put my Complaint on their Facebook pg with pics showing how bad filthy it was, so angry!!!A Total Ripoff!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS AUTO DETAIL SHOP!!! They may make it look clean, when in reality it's not! If it hadn't been for the Stink, I wouldn't have tried re-cleaning it! Took me 2wks, still not got it completely clean, still got to do it all over again! I'm disabled old woman, not physically able to have done it, that's the reason I took it to them, but, guess what, had to do it all myself anyway!!! This was after my Son & Wife cleaned it also!!!What a waste of my money!!! This is only the 1st pic when I started cleaning/shampooing the driver's seat! Got my full story with pics on their FB pg.
