Overall

The absolute WORST experience I have EVER had in my entire life of owning over 31 vehicles, and using multiple different dealerships, mom and pops mechanics, and franchise owned mechanic shops. The "Manager" was EXTREMELY rude, verbally assaultive, extremely disrespectful. My father was with me, and had recently went to the Tuffy's on Colonial, and he told me that it was a night and day experience. The "Manager" lied about the cost of the repair, then accused me of calling him a liar, because he lied. I HIGHLY recommend you do not visit this establishment. I wouldn't get caught in the parking lot of that low end establishment. The last thing that this "Manager" said before I left was: "I hate dealing with customers like you."
