The Laser Lounge Spa Fort Myers-Daniels

As a medical professional I chose Laser Lounge because it had wonderful reviews. The front desk along with staff are welcoming and nice. I purchased a laser hair removal package with 6 treatments to be paid in 3 installments. I have had 2/6 sessions and paid 2/3 installments. Unfortunately life happens and i have to leave from Fort Myers to Virginia. Laser Lounge would not refund me the unused amount, and will only provide me credit for laser hair removal. Lets be serious how unreasonable is this. I asked if i can have credit toward other services and they said no. I could of easily gifted this to someone who is ACTUALLY IN FLORIDA. Please note over $1000 are in my losses. Laser Lounge you are thieves, and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of proper resolution and follow through.
