        Thanks to Keith and his knowledge of the luggage repair business, I have a new set of Samsonite luggage due to deterioration of the handles on all three pieces of my previous set. Keith orchestrated the entire procedure in a very timely manner just as soon as he was able to return to his shop after serious medical issues beyond his control had kept him from working for quite some time.
